TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Service Object
KARAVAN. is a SaaS platform dedicated to Export Managers for international market evaluation, sales contacts management and sales data analytics.
2. Intellectual Property and Trademark Protection
All rights to the Software, including but not limited to design, calculation algorithms, icons, the "Karavan" logo and texts, are the exclusive property of KARAVAN. Access to the service grants the user no intellectual or industrial property rights over the Software. Reproduction, copying, modification, distribution or reverse engineering of any part of the platform, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from KARAVAN is strictly forbidden.
3. Data Responsibility (Disclaimer)
Karavan is a data analysis tool provided "as is". The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and lawfulness of data uploaded via the Excel templates or other tools made available. KARAVAN does not guarantee the absence of errors should the source data be wrong, incomplete or outdated, and shall in no way be held liable for strategic decisions, investment choices or economic losses arising from the interpretation of charts, reports or dashboards produced by the platform.
4. Free Plan and PRO Plan
The Free Plan allows the use of basic features with operational limits (max 10 contacts, max 10 sales conditions, max 8 countries in the Market Viewer, 10 MB document storage). The PRO Plan, at €14.00/month or €140.00/year (2 months free), removes all limits and unlocks advanced features.
5. Subscriptions and Cancellation
The service is offered on a subscription basis. The user can manage their plan and cancel auto-renewal at any time via the profile area and the linked payments portal, with no need to contact support. Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund of already-billed periods, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Account and user responsibility
The user is responsible for safekeeping their credentials and the data entered in the platform. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.
7. Jurisdiction
Italian law applies to any dispute, and the competent forum will be that of the consumer's residence or domicile, where applicable.
8. Contacts, complaints and support
For complaints, support requests, legal communications or any other official communication regarding the service, the only point of contact is crew@karavan-suite.com. Replies are handled directly by the operational team "Karavan Crew".
