Data Controller
The Data Controller is KARAVAN. For any request related to your personal data — including access, correction and deletion under GDPR — write to crew@karavan-suite.com.
Data Processing
We collect only the email address for account management and the financial and commercial data voluntarily uploaded by the user to generate dashboards, charts and analytics inside the platform.
Confidentiality
Data uploaded into Excel templates and inside the platform is used solely for the user's private visualization. It is never aggregated, sold, shared or transferred to third parties for advertising, profiling or marketing.
Payments
Payment data is fully managed by certified external partners (such as Stripe), in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards. No credit card or payment instrument data transits or is saved on Karavan servers.
User rights
At any time you can exercise the rights granted by Articles 15-22 of GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, portability and objection.
